Continuing its strategy of leading the industry in functional innovations, the newest version of e-review adds an External Contributor Portal.

This new portal acts an entry point for non-employees, such as customers and vendors, to provide input into performance reviews. Also included in this release is a highly configurable scoring matrix, allowing your organization to customize goal-oriented, competency, and peer-review input weighting to calculate overall review scoring and salary recommendations.

Link Technology Group and WestCoast Hospitality, a major provider of hotel, real estate management, and computerized ticketing services, have completed the final stages of collaboration on e-review 2.2. This latest version serves to catapult the e-review product even further along its market leadership position, adding rich inter and intra company collaborative features.
